While I am happy to assist families who co-sleep, it is important for me as a professional to make sure you are aware of the potential risks of co-sleeping and the current recommendations and guidelines. If you are choosing to co-sleep as a personal preference, baby has their own space in the bed, and you would like to reduce the number of night wakings, I am happy to assist. If you are co-sleeping out of desperation to get your little one to sleep but would like to transition to a crib or bed, I can absolutely work with your family as well.
I respect clients from all different backgrounds and reasons for co-sleeping. If you are aware of the recommended guidelines and risk and feel that bed sharing is best for your family, we can still work together to create a great plan to help everyone get more rest. Please don’t hesitate to reach out, no matter your current sleep situation. The Early Days is here help with an emphasis on empathy and understanding.
I would love for you to educate me on your reasonings to bed sharing so I can be best informed when helping you with an action plan.
